Abstrakty angielski - Property valuation is the procedure leads to determining the value of the property. The goals property valuation arise primarily from economic needs of the market development and regulatory frameworks.

Most frequent reason for which is necessary to know the value of the property is public property sale or transfer of the perpetual usufruct. In many cases, property appraiser has to do with the specific objectives that require the use of appropriate valuation principles and procedures.

The need to adopt additional assumptions in the valuation results also from the nature of the property. The most frequently mentioned specific objectives include the following: Valuation of real estate classified as investment and fixed assets within the meaning of the Accounting Act 2.

Valuation of property for the purpose of securing the claim, including the determination of the mortgage lending value of the property within the meaning of the Accounting Act 3.
